Motivational on helping

I wrote this motivational piece in a group I ended up being the last admin.

I was going to edit this and use bits and pieces but today in another group the admin was motivating to help one another
As we lift our heads towards new adventures, bathed in warmer temperatures, we turn towards advertising, looking for deals we can afford. Sometimes we overlook the familiar thinking it hasn’t done much, so therefore not worth the effort of continuing.
I’ve always been a believer in not burning bridges, if it is an avenue, no matter how slight, to obtaining my end goal. Some of my bridges only lead to small meadows, while others lead to vast networks. Some bridges are put in place, left to germinate and populate without more input unless the change is needed. Others I walk daily, weekly, or monthly.
The brain when injured burns pathways to files hidden deep in the recesses of our mind building auxiliary trails that lead, wind, fork into avenues that arrive at destinations long forgotten.
There are several bridges in ‘The Booktrap HQ’ which are traveled by few authors. Many of our artisans lurking in the background, watching, not wanting to become involved, too busy to involve themselves in tasks that may consume their time, not knowing that heavy loads are light when others uplift the weary and wary adventurer. And some, clueless about how to begin the journey, or not knowing the stops along the way.
Writers seemingly are people that step out taking risks where others fear to tread, until those daring exploits may lead to involvement in a commitment that appears too time costly to be involved, not knowing or caring, someone held a gate open for them, someone else threw down a carpet so the jagged steps were smooth to glide while others are standing awaiting their arrival. Some fearful they do not know how or where to open the latch and walk freely, turn away looking for solutions they cannot afford.
Are you writing a book? It is time to advertise. Yes, now while you’re in the throes of construction.
Are you that budding artist able to see a finished product of a video or book cover or translation or voice-over or building sites or knowing the pitfalls of navigating sites that trolls frequent and are more than willing to eviscerate dreams, because they themselves are disenchanted?
No matter how big or small our talent for helping, involvement for success lays within our hands especially when the hands are open to give and receive. We are asking for talents to be shared. Use the bartering system or if it is a business, list your prices, remembering as a part of this group you committed yourself to time, no matter how minute to hold open doors for your fellow traveler.
There are people within this group that head other groups or tasks. I ask that each of you take two, five, how many more minutes to list your expertise with links. No matter we know what you are doing if finding a link to you takes time from our busy schedules, we turn away telling ourselves looking happens when enough time to search is had.
If you see someone that needs your help, even should it be your money income business - a hand pointing in the right direction can mean the difference between success or failure.
